Failed Deliveries:

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If delivery remains unsuccessful after one attempt, the package will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
