NoNic™ Subscription Policy
This Policy governs NoNic™ subscription orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service and must be read with our Refund Policy. It is intended to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”). Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under those Acts.
1.1 A NoNic™ subscription is a recurring order. The payment method provided by you will automatically be charged for each scheduled refill, and the applicable refill order will be dispatched to your delivery address/delivery option.
1.2 Subscribing is optional and entirely your choice. At checkout, you select either a subscription order or a one-time purchase. Neither option is selected for you. You cannot complete an order without choosing one of these options.
1.3 Subscription pricing may be lower than the applicable one-time purchase pricing. Any applicable saving is displayed to you before you complete your purchase.
1.4 The price of each subsequent refill is determined by the refill option selected by you when placing your order and/or any changes you subsequently make to your subscription. The applicable price is disclosed to you before you complete your initial subscription order.
Before payment, you are shown, and you confirm by choosing a monthly subscription option or one-time purchase option that is not pre-selected that your order:
(a) includes a subscription;
(b) will result in recurring automatic charges for your selected refill option until you cancel;
(c) will be charged automatically according to the billing schedule applicable to your subscription; and
(d) may be paused or cancelled after the first refill, subject to clause 5.
3.1 By subscribing, you authorise NoNic™ to automatically charge your selected payment method for each scheduled refill in accordance with the refill option and pricing applicable to your subscription.
3.2 The applicable refill price is determined by the refill option selected by you and may therefore differ between customers depending on the subscription option selected.
3.3 It remains your responsibility to ensure that your payment details and contact information are accurate and up to date.
4.1 The Starter Kit subscription requires the customer to receive the first refill. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time after the first refill.
4.2 To cancel please send us an email to support@nonicnecklace.com
4.3 Cancellation takes effect immediately upon receipt, subject to clause 4.1. We will confirm the cancellation by email within one to two business days.
4.4 If you cancel before the next scheduled charge is processed, that future charge will not be processed. If you cancel after a charge has already been processed, the order relating to that charge will be dispatched and will be dealt with under clause 6.
5.1 The Starter Kit is available as either a subscription purchase or a one-time purchase. The available options, applicable pricing and savings are displayed on the product page and during checkout before payment.
5.2 Where you select the subscription option, the Starter Kit is offered at the applicable subscription price displayed to you at checkout.
5.3 In exchange for the applicable subscription pricing and benefits, the subscription requires the customer to receive the first scheduled refill.
5.4 After the first refill, you may pause or cancel the subscription without a cancellation fee.
5.5 The applicable subscription price and refill price may vary depending on the option selected by the customer. The applicable price will be displayed before the customer completes the relevant order.
6.1 Once a refill order has been charged and processed, it is a completed sale and is dealt with under our Refund Policy.
6.2 You retain any applicable statutory cooling-off rights under ECTA in respect of each delivery.
6.3 Goods that have been opened, used or partially consumed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6.4 Cancelling or returning an individual delivery does not by itself cancel your subscription. If you wish to stop future recurring orders, you must also cancel your subscription in accordance with clause 4.
7.1 You may change your flavour selection, delivery address, pause your subscription for up to 3 (three) months, or request a change to your billing date by emailing support@nonicnecklace.com minimum of 3 days before your next order.
7.2 If you change your refill option, the price applicable to future refills may change accordingly. The applicable price will be communicated to you before the change takes effect.
8.1 If a payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the payment in accordance with our payment processing procedures.
8.2 If payment continues to fail, we may suspend the subscription. Suspension is not cancellation; you may reactivate the subscription once payment has been successfully processed.
